1. Squats
Squats are a perfect weight loss exercise for beginners as they burn calories quickly and provide high intensity without compromising on strength or speed. They are also great for anyone who wants to improve their overall health and fitness level and drop 10 kgs with-ease, as they can be performed at home, in the office or even while doing other activities such as jogging around the park!
This beginner workout to lose 10 kgs is easy to perform and incorporates a lot of different movements that helps increase your heart rate quickly and effectively. It offers high quality cardiovascular training with an equally impressive aerobic benefit that requires no additional equipment, making it a must-have for those looking to gain muscle mass and burn fat!

2. Burpees
Burpees are another effective workout to help lose 10 kgs. It is perfect for someone wanting to build muscle and lose fat quickly. You can easily incorporate this into any routine and can do this workout anywhere from home to the gym! Though many people do not like this workout due to the effort it takes, but this 1 workout is the father of all workouts and doing this alone helps lose kgs faster than any other workout. With these techniques, you will build lean muscle mass while reducing your risk of injury by lowering blood pressure and increasing blood flow. A study published in 2017 found that incorporating lunges into your routine leads to better metabolism, heart rate, and respiratory rate. It can give you better energy throughout the day!








4. Jumping jacks

5. Rowing machine

But nevertheless, it is a great place to start your fitness journey. Rowing also helps to tone upper body and abs in the best possible ways.
Also, a great tip; shuffle between rowing machine, elliptical machine, cycling and treadmill (if at a gym) to keep your body active in various ways. It will help to keep your body in a confused state so it doesn't get use to 1 kind of workout.
